Dr Shama was not in the office as had been explained a few weeks earlier. I saw the PA. She did a very through exam. Uped my insulin from 5 to 7 units. I am concerned that highs caused by being very sensitive to carbs will cause further damage to my kidneys. I am glad to have a bit more medication. Thank you.
